Oceania Cyber Security Centre (OCSC)

The Oceania Cyber Security Centre (OCSC) Melbourne and the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC), Oxford Martin School will be hosting the 2020 Global Cybersecurity Capacity Building Conference  on Tuesday 18 February 2020.

This is the first time the GCSCC Conference is being hosted internationally, and we at the OCSC are delighted to be that host showcasing our cosmopolitan and modern city that Melbourne has become and is today.

In this culturally diverse, beautiful setting, we look forward to facilitating a constructive and future looking event with our private and invite only audience and greeting many of you here in Melbourne.

The Agenda

In support of the Annual Conference, our agenda for your perusal.

  • Lessons learned from implementing the CMM and stocktake on post-CMM review activities, including presentations from CMM strategic partners and panel discussions on lessons learned;

  • Focus on Oceania – Cybersecurity in the Pacific region, presentations by representatives of Pacific Island countries with Australian and New Zealand perspectives and panel discussions on future national capacity building and international collaboration; and

  • Beyond the CMM – Emerging priorities, new activities and requirements for the future.

Evening Event

There will be a private evening cocktail function at The Arbory Afloat.

Bush Fire Travel Update

For those delegates attending the Annual Conference and travelling to Australia, the OCSC would like to reassure that there is no disruption to our activities or the conference itself stemming from bushfires. We recommend referring to Smart Traveller for further updates.
