The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is the department of the Australian federal government responsible for foreign policy, international relations, international aid, consular services and trade and investment. It serves as the diplomatic arm of the Australian Government and manages Australia’s international presence.

The OCSC and DFAT are currently working together to deploy The Cybersecurity Capacity Maturity Model for Nations (CMM) within the Indo-Pacific Region under the Cyber and Critical Tech Cooperation Program.
